Ahh I stand corrected. I was explaining how focus could be controlled on the bullet and background and this is achieved as they're both separate layers

@bobbywotsit The bullet isn't from the Action Essentials pack. It's made with a tutorial (which is called 'The Bullet' and is available from Video Copilot) that shows you how to model it in 3DS Max, Blender 3D and I believe Cinema 4D.

@playerwild24 the bullet is an overlap clip for the action essentials pack and so remains in focus. If I were doing it I would keyframe a blur effect to peak as the bullet passes and refocus on the target. Hope that helps explain it ?!?
