    There is only one Chinese languages with several dialects. All written Chinese(except traditional/modern Chinese) is the same.

    Mandarin is sung here, and he's obviously referring to Mandarin. So don't try to -act- smart when you can't do it right.

    Undoubtedly when someone out of China says "I'm learning Chinese." it means that he's learning Mandarin Chinese, because this dialect is the standard language used by the government and on telecommunications from People's Republic of China.
