This "no" I know very well.

At the same time I was interested in eastern spirituality and put it to the test. It is SO SIMPLE when you dont fuel your emotions with an identity anymore. I thank all of you Satsang-givers for pointing the way in!!

Hello Florian, I think your videos are beautiful and
you talk about things I have discovered to be
absolutely true. Over the years I had accumulated so many negative thoughts about how I was such a lonely guy and socially retarded, that I could barely stand even sitting in a classroom anymore without being sick and sweaty. ---view next comment---

This comes soooo at the right time for me. Recently I discovered I've been contracting my perineal region for soooo many years. Now I try to be aware of this every moment. When relaxed I feel soooo present. I can't feel any contraction in belly though? bless you florian

I found this video useful but I am a little confused about this notion of crying being simply self-pity. I have heard many highly respected teachers speak about crying being a very deep release valve for emotional blockages. In fact I haven't cried for 10 years and I feel terrible and have a chronic illness. Could you elaborate Florian...thank you.

Dear friend, thank you for your comment. I agree that crying CAN help releasing contractions from our system. Yet the habitual emotional response of our system is often 'self-made' by interpreting our experiences. So what we feel rarely reflect the actual truth of the present experience. Maybe you like to have GENTLE look what is the actual experience in your body and the nervous system underneath the 'bad feelings'? LOVE and HUGS Florian

Very interesting.I dont feel so much tension in my belly but on my shoulders and when i sit in silence there is a quiet pain on my chest. WENS

Most gently just include the pain (whereever it accurs in the physical body) in AWARENESS AS AWARENESS, without wanting to change, understand or fix anything. Only softly including it and letting it move freely through the system. As best as you can do not even observe the sensations, yet let attention come to rest and drop into the body without a focus.
