Thanks for the video! But it gave me incurable cravings lol. Xiamen is my hometown and my love. I've been to this place before. There is also a famous noodle store in Zhong Shan Lu.

I 've been Xiamen City before ...I know this city very well .Love this city so much .next time when I come back to China ,will visit it agian .hehe

Yes, they do speak Min Nan Hua, Hokkien dialect to be exact :)

Yeah, it took me 2 years in the states to prepare for such a move to China. Then 3 years to get the job I have now. Nothing comes easy, does it? Read Ralf Potts' book "Vagabonding" to learn how to start planning a life of travel NOW! :)
