A pretty good effort, even if it dragged a bit. The problem is that you're trying to lay the foundation of a storyline using letter correspondence, which doesn't lend itself well to a silent acting technique. A voiceover narration would be more effective. Why not take out a few scenes of Wilmarth sitting & reading, and put in a scene about listening to the cylinder?

H.P.L. would love it ;o) well done

low bubget, simple props. but wo this is what a film by the fans of lovecraft should look like. almost nothing missing from story (in big budget films they take alot away) loved the misc. only thing i didn't like was the gun actions i think they were a little melodramatic. 10/10

wonderful....captures the atmosphere of Lovecraft's story far better than many of the much larger budget 'adaptations' of the mythos achieved
