This isn't cheapness, this is how you play the game. This is how to turn super saiyan. There is nothing wrong with this. Have you ever seen Daigo play street fighter? He sends out a hundreds of houdokens a game. You have to play with everything the game gives you.

@Pand0rk Whther or not it's easy or hard is quite irrelevant. It's a gameplay flaw to have to rely on something like that to win which most Carl's I see do.
