@navywife422 Yes He did in san andreas at one point they were telling cj that he was doing something in liberty city i cant remember but he was in Perhaps he returned

CJ never lived there i think vic died there unless vic was in another city cuz u see CJ is still alive that building u r in is from a mission in TLAD where u save ur girlfirned from drug addicts
