How to reduce LA Noire PC Lag

PLEASE READ THIS FIRST:
This will definitely work for those who meet the system requirements for the game.
For those who do not meet the system requirements, you might still get lag because your hardware is not sufficient enough for this game. Lowering the settings will may reduce lag for you.
The command gives rise to a Mouse Pointer issue. You see your two mouse pointers in the game. WATCH THIS VIDEO TO SOLVE THE MOUSE POINTER ISSUE: (very easy)
