MR. CARTOONFIEND, according to your review you REALLY like the second film yet dislike the first (just asking)? Anyway I am a film buff and I am frustrated with the critics anti-Transformers sentiments even though no Transformers film can outdo the 1986 animated feature. Thank You for this review!

Don't get me wrong I LOVED the 1st film. It was the most mind blowing thing ever. But after this one and seeing what they did with it...it left me with no more mind to be blown XD.

I think the original movies are better but i haven't watched it yet, but answer one question is hot rod in the movie yet? i miss that guy from the cartoons

Nope :(.It has two uninspired Jar Jar Binx esc, idiots called mudflap and skids. Although it has jetfire, sideswipe, devastator, and sound wave in it. Trust me if you're an old school Transformers fan you'll like it :).

I was hoping someone was doing the new Transformers Prime mini series which is going to get a regular series in February. I'm glad this new series is completely using computer effects, like Beast Wars

I was going to see this movie, but because of all the negative reviews, I decided not to. The forced on sex and drug jokes, giving Devastator testicles, some of the new robots not getting enough spot light, and lets not forget the twins. Seriously, what the fuck is up with Tweedle Dee, and Tweedle Dumbass? Michael Bay isn't entertaining his audience or the Transformer Fans. He's only entertaining him self. Well anyways, nice review. I guess.

Definately awesome... I liked the equal amount of human and Autobot screentime and development here than the mostly human in the first movie.

And Sam seems more developed than Spike in G1. With Spike, you don't really see much of his life before and during his life with the Autobots, but Sam, you get to see how he really feels with being a part of an alien war... which seems cooler to me.

i agree if a good is loud and colorful who cares if the movie needs a plot. wait.....i care, a lot of other movies that are loud and colorful and have plots.....good plots!
