The Equipping a Generation Conference is designed to empower parents, leaders, and pastors whose heart is to see children walk in the supernatural power of God. It will impart more than just mission and vision; it will give strategies that transform the heart, mindset, and approach from an entertainment and babysitting approach to kingdom mindset and tactics.

Lenny LaGuardia will help both parents and children's ministry leaders see how God can redefine us as role models in the lives of children and address strategies that can connect children to their destinies in Christ.
Lenny and Tracy LaGuardia are the executive directors of the Childrens Equipping Center at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, overseeing all local, national and international ministries relating to children ages 1-12. Lenny LaGuarida also serves as the Vice President of Ministries at IHOP-KC. They have been married for over 25 years and have five children.

@j2theosh1 Please don't feel sorry for me. At the very least, I was in a lost condition to the point of suicide because my life was so far self-centred that I ran out of options..........& I came from an Australian christian home!

I decided to go my own way & paid the cost for my rebelion. It cost me my girl, my family & nearly my life. I decided to turn to the only option left, & felt God's forgiveness overwhelmed me, & I accepted Jesus. And you call THAT brainwashing??? Please spare me that!!
