  • we need this man in congress this man in the senate this man in the house and this man in the presidential office or people like him! putting people before his own concerns!

  • We need this man in the WHITE HOUSE.

We need to peacefully REMOVE Congress and the current President - as is authorised by the Constitution - and REPLACE them with PATRIOTS like this man. Imagine what America could be with a restored Republic!

Abolish the Fed, Abolish the IRS!

  • Run for prez please! ...or lets vote Ron Paul!

  • No they can't!..they can't take it if u don't have a passenger ...they have to go through the courts to impound ur car!

  • If pulled over and arrested and you have a licensed passenger and you tell the officer that you want them to take your vehicle can they deny your request and deprive you of your vehicle when there is someone there who can take it home ????

  • @gintherlover said, "Do you have any idea how powerful that decision is."

It seems more like a re-affirmation of the supremacy of the Constitution, rather than any new principle.

  • the greatest message that must be understood is.....

"STOP THINKING IN TERMS OF SUBJECTION" many posts are negative in nature and clearly derive from a mindset that 'you can't win, just give up', or 'they are in charge.' "START THINKING FREE" "START TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS COUNTRY" "BABY STEPS"

  • @gintherlover

does anybody know the profound meaning of that decision? that decision coupled with a dictionary definition of "republican government" = the government cannot make law that applies to you. if you, on e of the American people, has all the rights (see previous post), then the constitution secures all of your rights. And, if law is made by majority vote (either directly or through representatives 'congress') then that law cannot be enforced on you. IT'S THAT SIMPLE PEOPLE.

  • @DavidForthoffer

that's right, but it did not say it does not apply to the people of the states.

the states are bound by the u.s. constitution in regards to their treatment of you.

  • @DavidForthoffer

First, why is your car a "vehicle."

Second, you gave up your right to due process when you got your license.

Third, so why do you have a license? (and before you give the usual fear induced answer such as "are you saying we shouldn't license people? that would be anarchy!!!) Think on this nice court decision, "Constitutional rights may not be infringed simply because the majority of the people choose that they be." [Westbrook v. Mihaly 2 C3d 756]

  • @DavidForthoffer

Again, what are your constitutionally secured rights? Well, if you're one of the American people, your rights may be defined as follows: "The people of this State, as the successors of its former sovereign, are entitled to all the rights which formerly belonged to the King by his prerogative. [Lansing v. Smith, 4 Wend. 9 (N.Y.)] THE KING BY HIS PREROGATIVE.....meaning "whatever he says they are."
