How to get your suspended youtube account back

This is for accounts under copyright infringements that were suspended. Not for accounts that were suspended under reasons for spam, uploading videos with sexual content, and what not in those perspectives.

You will have to reveal information to them, don't be afraid, it's safe. I did it myself. If you won't, still try doing the rest of it and don't quit but I do doubt it will work if you don't do the needed steps.

It took me from "July 8th to August 18th" of this year, to get back my account. I have no idea if it will be faster or shorter for you.

UPDATE 6/14/11: I apologize to everyone who can't get their account back. I made this video almost two years ago and at the time it worked. To those who keep asking questions I can't reply to all of them but even if I did, everything I could give to you has already been given in this video. Best of luck to all of you, if you find a way around the problems many are facing now I would be interested in hearing it and would have no problem updating the video.

Pisses me off to see people complaining that they haven't gotten their account back after 5 days. How about not getting your account back after 3 months of waiting and sending more than 7 dmca claims? How about losing over 700 friends, over 500 subs, over 300 videos and over 1000 favorites? What about losing everything that you worked this hard for ever since you were a young kid and then getting ignored like this by youtube as if I am nothing?

@WiFiLegend I am not in the same situation as you. But I lost my old accounts two and a half years ago. And I lost all my old videos with them. I have been trying to get them back. I keep sending emails about it :(. Maybe i'll get them some day...

@WiFiLegend I had over 777 videos and just got terminated today. I been a member for over 4 to 5 years and now I'm in the process of trying to get a hold of someone at YouTube but I don't know where to go. I have no clue if they actually terminated (like destroyed my account and deleted my videos) or suspended like the guy said in the video. I don't even know exactly what video got my account in trouble but I'm not giving up!!
