Workout For Today
1) Get Ups - Lie on the floor extended. Get up into the standing position anyway you can.
2) Quarter Jack Squats - Perform a quarter jack and when your legs are spread out wide perform a squat. Once the squat is done, quickly bring your legs together and then kick them out to the side and perform another squat.
3) Table Top Dips - Lying back on your hands and feet, raise your hips off the floor. Then stick one leg out. Once in this position lower your body by bending your elbows, then push yourself back up. Switch the raised leg half way
4) Reverse Crunches - Lie on your back with your feet elevated straight up in the air. Raise your hips off the ground and drive your feet skyward. Then lower the hips back down and repeat.
5) Prone Heel Lifts - Lying on your stomach with your arms extended lift one heel towards the sky and then lower it back down. Making sure that the toe never hits the floor. Switch legs halfway
Finisher
1) Half Burpees Then Rotate - Start by holding yourself up in the push up position. Kick your legs out and in. Perform 5 of these, then without standing do a quarter turn with your whole body. Do 5 more then rotate again.
2) Circle Runs - Facing the same direction and keeping your hips from swinging too much run around in a circle.
3) Quarter Jacks - jumping jacks but resting your hands on your hips
4) Circle Runs
5) Half Burpee Then Rotate
