  • thanx, bhavna i looo-oove okra, but i`m not sure if i can eat it again. (health reasons i have to peel my veggies) i know you have plenty of fans but i just want to say again how much i appreciate your recipes and your sweet demeanour. do you know of any special indian recipes for people with bowel disease, i have ulcerative colitis and my colon has been removed. i can not eat all my favourite veg. i am scared to try some recipes because i can`t eat too much fibre. :-)

  • @SuperVeggieDelight thank you bhavna! right now i stick to potatoes, yams and carrots. the carrot pudding (sorry i forget the name) is the next one i will try. any of your recipes that don't hurt my system i shall pass on to others with ibd, however everybody has different food tolerances:)

  • @SuperVeggieDelight again bhavna, thank you for taking an interest. i look forward to the next time i get to cook and eat one of your recipes. one of the best things about canada and now the internet! is making friends with people from different cultures and eating their food:-)

    Hi

Thanx for your support. People like "anik210" can't shake my positive attitude since all they got is negatives and I do not listen to negatives....so don't worry, if we have people like "anik210", we got many great people as well who always inspire us to do more...

Sour cream. It is optional. In India, yogurt is already creamy so just leave it out...enjoy!
