  • Couldn't they have filmed this somewhere without all the background noise? Sounds like the office was getting remodeled when this was filmed..

  • Having been through the Card Check in Oregon, I cannot recommend it. We were using it to change unions and many were intimidated by AFSCME.

On the issue of having the UNION be your sole representative, you cannot get your own representation in a grievance. It is very hard to pin a "failure to represent" charge against a union and they fail in that often and is one of the reasons I resigned as a steward.

  • Union representation is the oldest conservative family value working families have prospered on. Rebuild the Middle Class in places like Ohio and Pennsylvania and create one in places like Florida and Alabama today! Make America Strong. Support Working Families. Support The Employee Free Choice Act.

  • Taken directly from their webpage-"Constangy, Brooks & Smiths Jacksonville office has once again expanded. The firm is a national labor and employment law firm representing management with offices throughout Florida." They are Unionbusters!!!! Of course they are against the Employee Free Choice Act!!! Here on youtube search the following 4 words- secret ballot name only. HIS law firm is the exact kind of "consultant" that Professor Lafer talks about.

  • Are they tearing out drywall in the background? lol
