Mantis Kid (demo) Donak RV

A demo rock song about a kungfu style Praying Mantis. I've used a Yamaha recording box, Audacity to mix, Soundforge to brush up and Sony Vegas for the video, which was just footage of me travelling up the highway between Sydney and Lismore.

Crazy kids are out for a fight
Lonely nerd walking the street
A target for fun and fro free
They surround him
Call him names
The quiet lad looks down
Fists tighten around

A fist full of fury
The dance of the Mantis
For those who take chances
They're burried in hands
of the kid who seemed so easy
to be beat on the street
Has unleashed precision in collision with ease

It's a calm spring
Neighbours hear no crazy kids
They just hear swoons down the hall
