I think people are trying to over analyze this group and why they're doing this...I mean look at the bands these guys come from..they're all from pretty progressive groups (Disturbed arguably can get kinda sorta progressive at times, at least from what I've observed). I think these guys are just having fun rocking out together and not worrying about pleasing a "progressive" fan base. You can tell they're just jamming on this...Have fun listening, cuz they're for sure having fun playing it!
