People dont realize how many sharks BIG sharks are close to.the bathers! A few years ago i was at Daytona Beach fishing on the main pier n looking down you can see shadows of some pretty terrifying sized sharks... And piers really dont extend far from shore...

@TheCoreyParker Well, be afraid as in don't be an idiot lol... Most drownings in rip currents are weak swimmers that move to where the waves are breaking less (this is where rip currents are most likely going to be). So ironically it's the weak swimmers in breaking surf that are MORE likely to get swept out.... deadly combination, huh?
