  • @aengus6 if anything thats perfect technique :L

  • Great Workout! I am running a boot camp class at a gym I just opened. What kind of timer is that? Right now I am using a gymboss..

  • @Yuantoh76 Hehe, that's right I used the same die plans you know! Nothing can beat the diet programs on WeightLossAction.info!

  • Oh hai! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • This Training is Cool! And a Very good warming up! *5 stars

  • the rest timer and the pace. I'm 37 and been training since 16, kind of lost it since taking on a very long commute. Kettlebells are ideal for training at home being a quick route to high intensity. I'm just starting off with kettlebells and your videos are a great, great help. Many thanks for sharing your efforts.

  • how heavy was your kettlebell??

  • @suavej75 sorry, you have no idea what you're talking about. he is not rounding or overextending at all. No additional risk of injury at all.
