Great Workout! I am running a boot camp class at a gym I just opened. What kind of timer is that? Right now I am using a gymboss..

@Yuantoh76 Hehe, that's right I used the same die plans you know! Nothing can beat the diet programs on WeightLossAction.info!

Oh hai! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

the rest timer and the pace. I'm 37 and been training since 16, kind of lost it since taking on a very long commute. Kettlebells are ideal for training at home being a quick route to high intensity. I'm just starting off with kettlebells and your videos are a great, great help. Many thanks for sharing your efforts.

how heavy was your kettlebell??

@suavej75 sorry, you have no idea what you're talking about. he is not rounding or overextending at all. No additional risk of injury at all.

@paimond I would say 1-5 times. I usually do this as a finisher for my workouts though
