there is no more worse company than this one. I bought a ticket for 167Ł ,changed the dates of my trip and have been charged for 400Ł totally. Can you imagine?! Ok at the time when I changed the dates a price was at 220Ł so the difference is 180Ł. 180Ł for changing only the dates, putting them off by 3 weeks. Nice company??? ;) Ask yourself what you think about that. After my 3 phone calls they blocked me and I can't connect to their Customer Service.... no comments, Stay away....
