I took that from the top of Kanuki yama - small mountain SE of Numazu station. There's a 5 story pagoda about 1/3 of the way up and a viewing platform on top.

off loaded many a BLT at this beach headed for camp fuji in the early 70's

i dont remember a mountain bein near numazu station, lol i jus remember bunch of buildings n dat in door mall

Oh...i think I know what you are talking about. Never been there, but I've seen a pic in a guidebook before with a pagoda in the foreground and Fuji in the back.

Such a beautiful place to live. I forgot how windy it was, till I heard the audio.
