@IdahoJourneys part of it might be that you guys aren't use to that kind of weather, in Maryland it's humid a lot in the summer so a 90 humid day wouldn't feel as bad as it would in Boise.

@The1Skinsfan It definitely isn't as humid as southern California nor the southern states, but when it does get humid (cloud cover in the summer), it's miserable. Thank you for your comment :)
