  • The guy sitting in the leg press behind you tried to tell me that I shouldn't arch my back when I bench. I mentioned it decreases my range of motion, to which he replied it's bad for my lower back. I told him, "I think the deadlifts that I do put a LITTLE more stress on my lower back than an arch when I bench. Thanks for your concern though." He didn't really have anything to say after that except, "Yeah, you're right." and then left. Wouldn't it be nice if people minded their own business?

  • You mean the guy with the sideburns and the curly hair with tattoos? If that's who you mean, don't worry. he's the biggest fucktard in the gym, and is hated by all. I've told him in no uncertain terms never to talk to me again after one conversation we had.
