Mitsubishi Materials MQS Triple Margin Drill for Steel & Cast Iron

Mitsubishi Materials MQS drills feature a new "Triple Margin" design. The "Triple Margin" improves hole accuracy and surface finish. Also improved is coolant flow to the edges of the drill, reducing margin wear. The MQS drill also feature our new "TRI-Cooling Technology".

New larger coolant hole geometry increases coolant flow for improved chip evacuation and longer tool life. Our new PVD grade "DP3020" improves wear resistance for longer tool life.

The MQS drill is designed for all types of steels (alloy, carbon, etc.) and cast irons (grey, ductile, etc.). All features of the MQS drill allow you to run at higher speeds and feeds as compared to conventional drills
