I ordered two of these more that two weeks ago after seeing your review. They have not arrived still! I called the company owner and her said he would over night them a week ago and still nothing! I have emailed him and left recent voice mails and he wont send me a tracking number. I'm sure he still hasn't shipped them :-( If I were you I would stop recommending them. Of course they took my money two weeks ago! BOOOO

I have not had any experience other than getting them from the Natural Hair Convention. My review was about the actual Loc Soc product, not with the customer service so I am not going to stop recommending the actual product. I would file a complain with the BBB or blast them one LHCF, Nappturality, or on Naturally Curly. I am sorry about your experience.

how long is ur loc soc .. 21 Inches by 15 Inches? or 21 Inches by 20Inches?

I got a loc soc at the natural hair show here in atl and I love it as well!! I don't have dread locks, but it protects my ends at night ! I haven't used it as a band yet, but I will !! Thx for sharing!!

I am so glad that you posted this video. I got my Loc Soc about three years ago at ArtScape in Baltimore... they guy who was selling them, was outside dusing his own locs with the LocSoc. He was really cute and so was the LocSoc and the styles he used, so I bout one. I had the info pamphlet on how to do the stles, but I needed to actually c some1 do it, but thier website NEVER NEVER NEVER works. I am glad that I can look at your site and learn who to better use my LocSoc
