@Rymanshu yeah I know...
I was especially thinking to the piano introduction.

@MKA829 Good thing Rick Wright is from Pink Floyd.

Rick Wright's Wet Dream and David Gilmour's first solo album (virtually recorded simultaneously) could have passed as a proper Pink Floyd album. Why Roger Waters rejected many of Gilmour and Wright's ideas was that he developed an ego trip during the making of Animals. I can still play Wet Dream and Gilmour's self-titled regularly whereas I have to be in a mood to play Roger's albums (exception is Amused to Death) and also find The Final Cut a weak album (sans Not Now John, Your Possible Pasts).

I got this album around about 1979 or 1980 and have loved it ever since.

I wasn't happy when Waters left, with an Ego that He was Bigger than the band.... That's why.... Pink Floyd was a Single Being... as a Group, they were One.... On his own, he's just a guy alone.... Like Fingers make a hand, One finger alone says F' You to the world.... lol....

I have to find this album!

David and Richard have a love for the same notes and chords. As they have said so themselves, they had a musical affinity which was exclusive to them in the band; each knew where the other was going musically.
David must have been ripped apart when Richard died and, being a massive fan of David knowing that it must have been so breaks my heart.

The true poet of Pink Floyd... the humble master of the emotional core of Pink Floyd . Thank you Rick, -and now you make me cry once more...goodbye great poet - i know you have wings now.

@annettefla so you enter to Richard videos to talk about waters. congratulations
Beauteful song... Rick was the best, but all of you who don't like Waters, why not? He and Syd was the most crazy in the group, and thank's to them, there is the floyd music we all love=)
