Well,well, Thai's good default ownership b4 1970's that Muaythai not famous even thai song after khmer stucking with war domestic or cilvil war as you can see for sample" chinese called fry noodle" Thai change name to Phat thai=Khmer called kuy teav cha who invent noodle is chinese, so Thai'sr took Khmer kun to make around Latin and western in 80's that compare to taekwando of korea.

i train muay thai but i wana learn some of the kicks from TKD for fighting and that, ive seen alot of the kicks in TKD and some of them are mean.. just some kinda variation, TKD'sjust different because they go for points and not power and destruction, if it were id think they would be mean though..
