Facinante David Gilmour...

If Chuck Norris and David Gilmour got in a fight, as Chuck was flying at David in a full power flying side kick at full speed, just before impact David would whip his black strat from behind his back and hit a six semi-tone bend on full clean amp settings and the neck pickup selected and the purity of the tone would cause Chuck to explode into 400 million tiny fragments of light and David would inhale him and keep on soloing and do a 10 foot back flip and never miss a note.

Even Chuck Norris cant play better :S

yo alex....first of all wright is playing with him in this video and second of all.....this isnt pink floyd!!! we talk about gilmour and his strat because its all we have left of the greatest band ever.

The ending, when he has stopped playing on the guitar, reminds me of star wars - the music and the lightsber-like laser beam :D I live this man's guitar soli. He is truly my favorite.

LOL! true!
He may be the best ever...
This solo is pretty awesome too. Not fast or technical like John Petrucci or something, but wow...

david gilmour is the prove that fast playing is unnecessary.
