This short video tells the story of Landesa (formerly the Rural Development Institute), which began as a group of attorneys who left their firms to travel the world helping governments provide secure land rights to their poorest citizens, especially women. Through their work in over 50 countries, Landesa has helped over 100 million rural families lift themselves from poverty, grow food to fed their families, and take their children out of the fields and into the classroom.
