Trip to Minneapolis 2008 (Mississippi River up close)

This video segment of my first vacation in 8.1 years involves a closeup of the Mississippi River. I originally only wanted to see the river, not get close to it or touch it. Unfortunately, there wasn't any way to actually go into the river. Yet, I almost missed getting closer entirely, making those familiar circles, loop-de-loops, and figure-8's lost. When heading back to a family member's house, we saw the river again, and got an extra chance, and that chance was the one where I got this video. I was thinking I'd get a photo and/or video of me standing in the water about 6 inches deep. I've, to this day, never been in a river. I did, however, get about 7 feet from it, directly above. The rocks were the closest, but stability was my main concern so I avoided even touching the rocks. I saw bardges (sp.?) and a few sailboats there.
