Guide to Armoured Zombie training w/Commentary

I say the Holy Wrench reduces the rate at which your prayer points drop, but I was wrrong!
Having it in your inventory only restores extra points when you drink a prayer potion.

Excuse the umm'ing and uh'ring and I do not sound homo all the time.

To go there now, go to the northwest tower in Varrock Castle, go up to the 3rd floor, and talk to the guy up there. He'll take you to the 'safe' Wilderness and then you can go down the trap door.

You could wear initiate armor, skill cape, salve ammy (e), dboots, whip/shield/ss/gs. NO NEED FOR BARROWS ARMORS considering your prayer will be stopping all their hits, when the prayer runs out, run upstairs recharge and repeat. This was you use NO food/pray pots
