Gilly's definitely pitched outside leg. NOT OUT
Shane warne's, who knows but in cricket I thought the benefit of the doubt went to the batsmen. It wasn't conclusively out, maybe a bump ball, maybe not. NOT OUT

According to Steve Waugh in his 2001 tour diary, gthe third umpire at that stage could only rule on whether or not the catch had been taken cleanly. They could not rule on bump balls off the bat. Waugh's exact quote was "no idea why it was referred as it was obviously a clean catch. The doubt was whether it half volleyed off the bat, which the third umpire can not deliberate on."
