Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts: Intro through Graveyard - Megamix (TX22)

So what game did you think it would be? I'm guessing Castlevania got a bulk of the guesses.

Anyhow this is my Halloween gift to all of you.

It's my first Megamix to be uploaded here. Essentially what you're going to hear is a remastering that goes from the Intro title all the way to the death of the first boss... I even have the gate sound from the gate Arthur enters at the end of the level. The only thing missing is the part where you click start etc... I found that too frivolous and out of the mood.

In total here is what you will hear.

Capcom Intro Logo.
Fireworks/Arthur running to the Castle.
Thunder as the monsters stare at the Castle.
Prologue Music with Monster kidnapping the Princess.
Map music.
Graveyard (level 1) music.
Boss (level 1) music.
Victory music with sound of the Boss being destroyed and the gate opening up to the next level.

I remember playing this game when I was like eight, I could get all the way to the ice boss in one game but it always took me forever. I never got farther than that.

@burnacle I remember beating when a friend came over for a sleepover as a kid. Very fun times. I was definitely older than eight though. The game I regret getting really far in but never beating is EarthBound...which is one of my favorite games of all time. Fancy that.

Wow! this is superb! the sounds are dare i say even in a better quality then the snes? but did you use an arranger keyboard of some sort? what did you use to make this masterpiece? thanks!

@1200com I'd hope that this had superior sounds to that of a SNES. As for arranging, I used a Digital Audio Workstation. I did the map screen section completely by mouse click.

@TenchuXmusic Earthbound?! Same here! I got to the desert in Scaraba and got stuck... then something new came out or something happened and I didn't pick it back up until half a year later. When I did finally start it up again, my save file was gone. I still own it though, so maybe one day... just goes to show you that graphics don't mean a thing when it comes to games.
