@HPluvrnoDOUBT Eat Clean and workout out! With working out (weight training and cardio) you will lose fat mass and gain muscle mass, making your body fat go down. :) From one week I was 21.8% to 20.8% body fat but only lost .6 pounds. The inches went down and so did the body fat.

Awesome job girlie! So inspiring as usual! I totally needed to see this to be reminded not to give up even when I think my body isn't changing, it is, as corny as it is I think of that wilson phillips song and the lyrics "hold on for more day, things'll go your way."

OMG YYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is amazing!!!! You will be at goal in no time!! I wanna be where you are sooooo bad but my body is really not wanting to go there lol BUT it will I know to keep going and my hard work will catch up!
