Either he knew the order the colours were in, or he recorded himself scrambling up the rubik's cube behind his back and then reversed the footage. Next time talk aswell while you're doing it

Take a solved rubix cube, apply a random algorithm to "scramble" it, then do the reverse algorithm to solve it behind your back.

I'm positive that's what you did specially because the start of the video the cube already have 5 of the 9 yellow pieces on the same side making me think it was poorly scrambled.
