@SPODEMONIC he designed that exact deck hes was talking about. he also designed the world industry deck that would later become the standard design for modern skateboards.

I remember seeing Mutt at the Sensation Basin in Gainesville back in 1978 and he was amazing back then.

True, Rodney loved skating so much, he did it non-stop on his own and didn't even realise how good he was until he ineracted with other skaters :) He actually hated himself slightly once street skating came into play because he felt slightly outdated and decided to incorporate it into his own repartee' :D He's a legend purely because he skated out of pure and unbridled love for it, which is why few skaters will match him.. too many modern day distractions to lure them away from progressing
