If that tractor is a 7130 its typical to hear the hydraulic pump sounding like its low on oil for whatever reason these models have to be filled up higher than the normal running level on the glass level tube.instead of half way up you almost gotta fill them to the top of the level tube,to stop the noise we have brand new 7130s and they all seem to have that problem!!!
