no drawbacks, assuming you can afford it, lol.
the evo was damaged some but he was back out later on so it was mainly cosmetic.
tbh what the video doesnt show i show much he was holding me up in the braking zones in the dry laps, i would have made much more ground in the braking zones than he was pulling away out of the corners.

@ZSeXtreme Thanks for the response. The only performance deficit I can see is at the chicane leading onto the main straight.
MGs seem to be clever track tools in the UK considering prices and parts supply?

yeah he did pull away there but it was greasy, in the dry it was quite different.

what engine is in this mg? 1.8 k series turboed up? cos it doesnt sound like the 2.5 180? or is it even a 2.0 turbo frm the coupe

Its an audi tt 225 1.8 20v turbo engine with some basic mods pushing 300 bhp.
