三杯杏鮑菇(素)
食材: 九層塔、老薑、杏鮑菇
1. 杏鮑菇切滾刀後,用160度的油溫炸成金黃色。老薑切成薄片並用油爆香至金黃色後將油倒出。
2. 放入杏鮑菇後,嗆入醬油拌炒並加入少許糖調味。
3. 芶薄芡後放入九層塔、辣椒斜片、黑麻油,拌勻即可起鍋。
