Andrew Wasson of Creative Guitar Studio answers a viewers question...

Q: In my practice of guitar I've come across articles about how important learning Blues is for improvisation and for playing rock. But, in one article I came across the Minor Blues. This was told to be a favorite of players like B.B. King, and Clapton. What exactly is a Minor blues and can you maybe let me know some good progressions I can practice to really learn the basics of the minor blues. Thanks for reading my question...
- Jack, Montana

A: In this lesson, we'll take a look at a few different 12-Bar progressions of Minor Blues, And, we'll discuss a few of the various rhythms out there that fit well with this style. Let's start by examining some charts of the different chord progressions found in minor blues.
