@zerolv30000 it makes you think that this might be the best kind of outcome for our descendents a Millennium from now.

This ending shows the true metaphor of carrying on the idea of one man's idealism of life and spreading it towards the galaxy from his disciple. This ending besides the first one has had the most effect on me.

@PRObifidus i can imagine you don't like it, but crazy fanatics in this world do exist, so i don't think its too much way off from being realistic, but even i didn't like it that yang wenli finally got killed by a terrarist, and from such a measily wound in his legs.
-
Well i just didn't like this "earthcomplot" at all..

Maybe the purpose is to show that Yang's and Julian's success were never built on their own ability, but by the help of everyone.

Ah Yes, Alfred Grillpalzer and Bruno Von Knapfstein. To be fair Grillpalzer did get some development, but Knapfstein never really shone through.
To be fair though, we did get some great Moments in Season 4, like Wahlen Being a real MAN, Bittenfeld absolutely DESTROYING the FPA, Kessler's heroics, and of course, Eisenach's "Checkmate!"

Rueunthal and Julian would like a word with you
The only thing the 4th season was missing was some character developement for some of the newer characters especially with those 2 young would be geniuses who were so unimpressionable I can't even remember their names
-
beautiful beautiful ending, probably the best episode ending animation I've ever seen

Without Yang Wen-li, the 4th season just didn't seem to have the same flare as the other seasons.
The music is good but I like the video. It shows the transition of the fate of democracy from the Free Planets Alliance transitioning to a new generation through Julian.
