amazing-- I have been working with a similar sequence for the Leo full moon (good time for core work) that just adds sphinx--- thanks for this vid :) and yes I enjoyed the challenge of lifting a leg.. I am all about lifting a leg when I feel frisky while rolling through a vinyasa-- nice to not feel crazy
Tara, you have an amazing body. Do you attribute your thin and fitness to just yoga and diet or do you do other activities like run or lift weights? I'd love to know! Thanks

i don't lift weights. i ran a 5k for master the shift in seattle. that was the first time i did that. not a runner or anything like that. all i do is walk, yoga, and eat healthy. thanks. i'll make a video blog about that too! keep in touch
