There is a very detailed wiki article on this message that I just read. PC stands for paper cassette which is itself confusing. "Load letter" alone would make more sense to most people but printer diaplays used to have only 2 characters and they didn't get rid of the original "PC" for this printer. In the movie he apparently had just put paper into the printer, so that's he's so confused and angry.

I'm going to give you a little quiz. What do the letters "PC" usually mean? "Politically Correct," yes, of course, thank you Ms. Smart Ass. But in the context of computers and offices, "PC" always means "Personal Computer." It's shorthand we use to mean computer, right? Wrong, asshole. OK, then. Let's back up. This is a printer problem. What printer things could "PC" mean? "Printer Cartridge"?
