I do this, I dont have breakfast or lunch and my mom makes me eat dinner so its kind of my diet :P

Damn man I swear, GOD IS. And the reason I say that, is because I was feeling kind of down, and out about certain things, got bored, and decided to browse youtube. And you hit it right on the nose about what I was thing about. Dude I swear, GOD IS US experiencing its self on the lessor of existence subjectively. It's like, I'm you, and your me. To better put it, out side of these bodies it's no such thing as you, or me, just I. we are one.

I've been eating one meal a day for years. And I usually do 400 push ups a day, and for my six to eight pack I just laugh a lot. LOL!!! I think I've been eating less for so long until I can actually go with out eating for 4 days to a week. I've done it before, more then thrice. Oh tell how do you make love to a language? That sounds interesting. Since I'm learning mandarin, I guess I'll try to make love to it, so as to better retain it. Damn your a genus. You gave me an Idea!!!

I eat once per day, been doing it for a month now. the first day in the gym after I started this was terrible, but now I find myself getting stronger with the weights, and I feel more alert throughout the day. I don't even find it hard anymore, because I have learned about feeling real hunger. you body will get used to stretching the glycogen reserves, so you will have more energy from eating less meals.

Hey! It's okay!
My advice would be to do this slowly. You don't strictly have to eat one meal a day if you're just starting out on this. I've tried and failed many times. You have to be in a place to fully commit to doing this, and that takes time and that's okay.
You can eat fruits and vegetables throughout the day and then have your one main meal in the evening or any combination of that. Or protein shakes and smoothies and then one main meal.
Don't be too hard on yourself :)
