Nice, somewhat like sledge hammer training just less explosive.
Where you pound a sledge hammer on an old tire.
Definitely effective!

seems like a cool exercise i m definetily gonna try it do you know all the muscles it works out and secondly i had an injur so stopped doing n e thing and my hand speed in boxing completely dispersed no muscle do you think this exercise might help it back up i know it will work wonders for wrestling tho

@JustToletUknow Hey thanks for the comment. I don;t know your injury nor could I diagnose or offer any recommendations. Ask your doctor. All I know is that if you are healthy and doign this it will build strength for both boxing and wrestling for sure. Hand speed is a different story but strength and core this one will help!
