wow 401 dislikes... really? I mean ya, there's no emmy or oscar here, but what i do see is 401 peeps who either didnt watch the whole thing a pre-judged the performance, making them fools or they did watch the whole clip and still bashed it. I mean come on. It's not like this is only 30 seconds long. If you didnt like the first minute or so, you shoulda just strapped on a pair of bombardier goggles and walked off the closest cliff. Would that be sad?

Life is beautiful and you only have one. Why should you waste it for one single (egoistic) dream, when there are so many other dreams worth to live on ?

Of course that sounds not so magnificent like the "simple" solution, but isn't it even more impressive to risk your life or even die by saving the lives of others (like firefighters or ...) ? Think about it !

Amen!  I'm sick of people trying to make happy endings to this story. It's not supposed to be happy, its supposed to show the last effort of a small brown bird to experience flight before death, even if it means suicide. It's sad, so stop giving it happy endings!

also because Kiwi represents the part of ourselves that have 'unattainable' dreams but with sheer willpower, hardwork and determination this little guy actually realizes his dream. the little tear at the end (of the original) is the sinker :')
