  • @rickiii888 The name of the grantor is NOT on pubic record. A landtrust ONLY shows the name of the landtrust and the trustee's' name.

  • if no one sees the trust, wouldn't everyone think the grantor is the owner? then the grantor would be sued right?

  • what is the cost to set this up? say for a house or a duplex?

  • Thank you Bill. I was under the impression that both trustees and beneficiaries have to be individuals, not companies (corp or LLC). Or maybe it's just Maryland's law?

  • How can a person keep his name off from an LLC can he put another trust as owner of LLC
