@rickiii888 The name of the grantor is NOT on pubic record. A landtrust ONLY shows the name of the landtrust and the trustee's' name.

if no one sees the trust, wouldn't everyone think the grantor is the owner? then the grantor would be sued right?

what is the cost to set this up? say for a house or a duplex?

Thank you Bill. I was under the impression that both trustees and beneficiaries have to be individuals, not companies (corp or LLC). Or maybe it's just Maryland's law?

How can a person keep his name off from an LLC can he put another trust as owner of LLC
