This is a drill that alot of players who have started learning to draw the cueball should practice because it can be used as a progressive dril starting with just 3 balls in the 'L' to all 15 balls.
Personally I prefer to only practice with 15 balls in this drill and regularly complete it at least 8/9 out of 10 times, but then again I have used alot of various practice drills and there's at least 100+ that I know of, some of which require 30 on the table w/ both sets being ran in rotation.

Thanks for the raw video. I like how you aren't afraid to show the mistakes you make because we all learn from it. Too many tutorial videos are edited too much.

Good drill! Trying without touching a rail makes it one of the hardest ones.
Keep working on that pause. You still have a bit of a stutter: pause then pull back another 2 inches. The key is to move straight forward from the pause.
It actually helps to close your eyes and really think about what your arm is doing
