No. I suppose you are talking about his moustache. He had that moustache a lot years before Hitler. Perhaps Hitler copied him but not the opposite. In his movie The Great Dictator he made a parody of Hitler. He was against that war and disliked Hitler.

Actually it was Chaplin's mustache that came first by many years. I saw the musical Chaplin on Broadway, and at one point he was ranting about how cruel of a dictator Hitler was, to which he ends the scene walking off saying, "And that bastard stole my mustache!" My favorite line in the show.
