8bit Ice Cap (Sonic 3 and Knuckles)

It's impossible to do justice to the original track, but I had to try it! For sounding so simple and clean, the original track is actually fairly complicated.

Background tiles are custom; Sonic sprite is from one of the Game Gear ports.
